Items will be shipped UPS or USPS. For freight shipments or If you need an exception or special handling, please call 814-382-4515 for assistance.

Specially marked products may have oversized package fees associated with them due to their large size and/or weight.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping costs may not be calculated correctly. All shipping is considered a quote and may need to be adjusted to accommodate weights or size.

 

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is to resolve a lost, stolen, or damaged package claim. There is no application process, simply select shipping protection in the shopping cart and you are protected. Shipping protection applies to all products on your order and covers all tracking numbers associated with the order.



COVERAGE DETAILS

This coverage protects the package and its contents against damage or loss from any external cause while in transit from Apex Diesel or its suppliers to the shipping address on file. Shipping protection must be selected at the time of ordering and cannot be selected after. Shipping protection may be cancelled and refunded PRIOR to a tracking number being generated. Once the tracking information for a product has been generated and the product has shipped, the shipping protection amount can NOT be refunded. This is product replacement protection and therefore Apex will NOT refund your money.



COVERAGE LIMITS

The limits of this coverage will be equal to or less than the original purchase price of the product(s).



FILING TIME FRAMES

  • Time to File: Maximum 15 Days from Date of Shipment
  • Non-Delivery Shipments: Wait 15 Days from Date of Shipment
  • Damaged Shipments: Must Be Filed within 7 days of receipt 


Generally, once your claim has been submitted, processing takes an average of 10-15 days. After a claim is approved Apex will ship the replacement product as quickly as possible. In some cases, due to limited product availability this may take 7-14 days.
